The cocoa trees at the Ambolikapiky plantation benefit from the rich volcanic soils of the Sambirano valley, in the north-west of Madagascar. Ambolikapiky cocoa beans combine power and finesse, with flavours of red fruit and citrus. We roast our cocoa at a low temperature to produce a chocolate that is close to the unrefined bean.
