Benoît Nihant has teamed up with Champagnes Paul Goerg to offer you a delicious creation: the Brut Rosé Premier Cru Champagne truffle.
To create it, cellar master Jean-Philippe Moulin and Benoît Nihant selected the Brut Rosé Premier Cru Champagne. Its pure, delicately fruity nose is dominated by notes of fresh red fruits: raspberries, wild strawberries and redcurrants punctuated by aromas of pomegranate.
Benoît Nihant pairs it with his Nicaraguan chocolate, whose intense notes of red berries harmonise perfectly with the fresh, fruity flavours of the Champagne.

• Tasting and storage: Store in the original packaging at 16-18°C, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Consume within 90 days of receipt.
